Metallized Thermal and Cold Insulation

Energy conservation has always been one of the most critical concerns of the industrial sector, and the use of thermal insulation remains the most widely adopted method to achieve this goal.
Regardless of the type of insulation used (fiberglass, stone wool, or others), both sides of the insulation are typically laminated with paper or aluminum sheets. The use of aluminum foils enables energy reflection; such insulations are consequently referred to as reflective sheets.
Although aluminum alone is not an effective insulator against heat transfer, reinforcing it with fiberglass layers can produce an ideal insulating material.
Bonding different layers together requires a specialized adhesive with high bonding strength. Our company’s products not only provide excellent adhesion, ensuring the durability of the final product, but also minimize adhesive consumption, making them highly cost-effective. Furthermore, they enhance production line speed and efficiency.
