Besides reinforcing qualities, SBR as an additive water proofs concrete and cement mixture with its hydrophobic qualities. This latex is compatible with most construction materials. It can be used to mate new and old concrete or as a primer for repairing mixtures adding water resistance qualities. SBR is mostly used in humidity insulation, concrete additives, drywall gypsum boards, adhesives, concrete repairing, building facades, flooring and bridge decking.
