In addition to enhancing mechanical properties, these products serve as waterproofing additives in concrete and cement-based mortars. Owing to their hydrophobic characteristics, they perform a dual function.<br \/>This type of latex is compatible with most construction materials and is used for bonding new concrete to old concrete, as well as a primer layer for repair and masonry mortars with waterproofing properties.
