Tire Cord

VP latex is a polymer emulsion produced through the polymerization of butadiene, styrene, and 2-vinyl pyridine using advanced polymerization techniques.
The vinyl pyridine monomer is the key component of this product, ensuring enhanced adhesion between rubber compounds and reinforcing fibers in products such as tires, various belts, hoses, and more.
The VP latex manufactured by our company, utilizing the latest polymerization technologies, creates a strong bond between reinforcing fibers (nylon, polyester, rayon, and other fibers) and rubber, imparting excellent mechanical and dynamic properties to the final product.
This latex provides all the required properties regardless of the product type (tire, belt, hose, etc.). It is fully compatible with RFL (resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex) dip systems.
